Noise：. As the property is located in a lively area, some noise from nearby construction and surrounding nightlife venues may be noticeable at times.
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is located opposite the building itself, only around 250m walk away.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

We had a great stay. Amazing views, super easy check in and check out, just a few stains on one of the mattresses, but still a fairly clean studio. Just be mindful that noises can easily be heard from next door and can get a little noisy at times. Emma and Roger were great with communication and let us know when there was an update or change on the accommodation. Would’ve been nice to have a tap to wash the dishes, but very happy with the stay. Thank you!

Just a stone's throw away from everything Surfers has to offer with beautiful views. I did expect a bit more amenities though, I know we would've benefited from at least a tissue box and local guide. There was a large stain on one of the mattresses which would've been left by a previous tenant that made us feel a little uneasy. Fitted sheets would've been a better to hide it from plain sight. Emma was very friendly, responsive and proactive, although our agreed upon late check-out (1 hour extra) wasn't fulfilled, kind of felt like the promise was made to entice us into booking. Overall a great experience nonetheless.
