This Three-bedroom Villa is located on the Ground floor and can host a maximum of 9 guests
The self-contained apartment features:
Floor Ground:
- 1 full-size Kitchen
- 1 living room with TV, a double-size sofa bed, a dining area
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 toilet
First Floor:
- Master room with a King bed (combined with 2 single beds, unable separate), and ensuite with a shower over a bath
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 bathroom with a shower
- 1 laundry with washing machine and dryer
- A centralized air conditioning system with cooling and heating functions. There are two air conditioner panels. One is in the living room, and the other one is near the door of the master bedroom upstairs.
Pleas note the AC upstairs is currently out of order.
- A building's Guest WIFI is free to all customers.
Parking
Free parking is available in the building's basement, on a first-come-first-served basis. It means there is no located parking space for any reservation. But the customer can use available space.
During peak season, you may be relocated to another apartment of similar quality, and we will inform you of any changes.
Extra Folding Bed available - we can provide a folding bed to a reservation. Please check the picture of the bed and its size. For the extra folding bed, we will charge $50 AUD per night complete with bedding and a bath towel. The extra folding bed must be booked for your entire stay if you need it. (For example, you cannot book the folding bed for 2 nights of your 3 nights' booking.)

• Starred hotel linens and toiletries; (*Due to safety and environmental issue, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3-day usage. Please bring your own toiletries if you plan to stay longer. **)

The check-in (key pick-up) location is at a different site, approximately 600 meters away from your booked apartment.

Great stay, we were within walking distance to the beach and the main part of Surfers. Great stay suitable for larger groups. Very convenient location and being on the ground floor having access to the road is quick and accessible. Great hosts and very helpful
A group of us - 4 adults, 2 kids - stayed here for a few nights. The space is as advertised, roomy and the complex has good facilities. We appreciated the proximity to the tram stops and conveniences, but away from busy areas. Parking is not a problem in the basement and also on the street just outside. It has convenient access to Ferny Ave and the GC highway. Kitchen functions fine, we prepared a few meals and there's a some laundry detergent provided. I really appreciated Emma and Rogers quick responses when we requested a clothes drying rack (there is a working and clean dryer, though) and extra dishwashing tablets. They also responded quickly when we shared about some minor issues and offered to resolve them. Thank you!

Really enjoyed the stay. Was very well located and a short walk to beach and surfers paradise area. Clean apartment with plenty of space and amenities. Good apartment building with sauna, steam room and pool. Was comfortable and being on the ground floor made it very easy as the lifts in the building are slow! Would definitely stay here again. Hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with.
Beautiful townhouse located in a prime position perfect for walking to the esplanade and shops. Aircon was cold, beds and linen were clean and crisp, overall very clean and spacious. Highly recommend for families or friends!
