Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is just a 1-minute walk from your building entrance, and operates 24 hours.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

It was nice. Good view and host were very responsive. However, I would recommend thorough cleaning and few things need maintenance and replacement.

Thank you for the stay. The location was great. Unfortunately, it was very tricky to find a park and we struggled to locate the 7 day convenience store for key collection, once located the next struggle was finding the allocated car park in the basement. The unit itself was as the pictures depicted, which was nice but there were human hairs in the sink and over the bed, what appeared to be pet hair on the couch, dust and dirt on tables and drink stains on the back table on the deck.. the TV did not hold stations and regularly turned off and on. Lastly, the towels were smelly as if not dried correctly. I do not mean to send this message to be nasty, I would just simply like to notify you as these may be things that you are unaware of. All in all, the apartment served us for what we needed. All the best, Emma and Roger.
Location was great and handy to everything. We had a good time .
Fantastic location! I loved the views! The view of the story bridge at night was majestic. Lots of eateries in walking distance and public transport. The nightclubs area is there and lots of bars/cocktails spots around the corner. The only downside was the laundry machine not operating, but it wasn't the end of the world I just simply soaked my clothes no issue there as the dryer worked fine. Instructions was very clear and easy to read. Even finding the parking spot was also easy to locate. I would definitely stay again!
