Building Access & Parking
Access: The building is equipped with lift access.
Parking: No parking is available for this apartment. Guests may consider nearby street parking or public parking facilities, including Secure Parking at 52 Alfred Street, Fortitude Valley.
Important Information
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is located opposite the building itself, only a 2-minute walk away, and operates 24 hours.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

Was in a perfect location and was clean, cosy and overall good!
Location was super convenient and easy to get into. Had no issues getting the key and returning it. Good private blackout curtains was appreciated especially too.

I enjoyed my stay in this unit. The apartment was everything I'd hoped it would be - modern, clean, well laid out, nice kitchenette and bathroom. My only disappointment was the lack of a real view. I'd been looking forward to an awesome 22nd floor view of Brisbane CBD and the Story bridge, but sadly the view is of the next building in the Peppers complex about 10m away, so I had the rather ominous feeling of being watched... :-D Otherwise a great unit... Three notes: - the fridge is not terribly cold so don't expect fresh food to keep long. - the water flow to the kitchen sink is very slow. - no shelves or drawers in the bedroom for clothing. The accessibility to Woolworths etc. in the Fortitude Valley station downstairs is excellent and of course the trains are right there - very convenient. Just note that the area is rather seedy with strip clubs, sex shops, a porn cinema and night clubs right next to the building. Not ideal for a family. Generally though, I enjoyed my stay.

Central location to The Valley. Walking distance from transport and lots to do. Team were really helpful with a last minute reservation after my previous booking had to cancel last minute. Clean, easy to access, good facilities.
