My stunning apartment is located in one of the most vibrant and historic neighborhoods in Brisbane, which is known to the locals as “The Valley”. You will have the opportunity to experience the never-sleep lifestyle with varieties of Restaurants, cafes, and bars on James Street and you wouldn’t miss the U-shaped skyline pool in the building with a fantastic city skyline view.

This apartment is located on level 22.

We can host a maximum of 2 guests, It is a fantastic place to stay in Brisbane and features:
- 1 bedroom with a king bed (combined with 2 single beds)
- 1 bathroom
- 1 livingroom with lounge and TV
- 1 laundry with washing machine and dryer
- 1 winter-garden-style balcony
- 1 full-size kitchen
- There is a centralized air conditioning system in this unit.

* I am very sorry there is no parking available for this unit. I suggest you try the street parking, or there is public parking (Secure Parking) at 52 Alfred Street, Fortitude Valley.

• Starred hotel linens and toiletries; (*Due to safety and environmental issue, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3-day usage. Please bring your own toiletries if you plan to stay longer. **)

To provide more availability in the peak season, sometimes we may need to relocate you to another apartment with the same quality rooms. We will notify you if we need to move you to another apartment.

The superior facilities in the building on level 6 offers a perfect retreat after a long-day exploring of local areas. You will have full access to all the facilities including:

- Fully equipped fitness center
- Heated U-shaped skyline pool
- Outdoor tropical lounge

Please abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using the facilities in public area. We cannot always guarantee the access to the facilities due to occasional repair, maintenance or any other issues conducted by the Body Corporate.

Other things to note

This apartment would be a perfect choice for families and friends to have a holiday or short break as well as a business trip in Brisbane.

• We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.
• We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests.
• Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
• No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
• We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors.
• If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $100 fee will be applicable between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day.
• In case of a lost key, a $200 fee will be incurred for key replacement.
• The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees.
• Please be aware that access to the facilities in the building cannot be guaranteed, as maintenance will be conducted occasionally. We kindly ask that you adhere to the rules and available times posted on-site. Thank you for your cooperation.

Great modern apartment in the heart of Brisbane! 2 mins from the train station, Woolies and BWS. Infinity pool was a great addition, super relaxing and convenient. Host were very responsive and apartment was perfect for 2. Would stay again!

It’s 4 walls with two-king single mattresses’ together to make a king bed which both my partner and I found to be quite uncomfortable. The place has an amazing location but the actual accommodation was void of any personality. No person has clearly lived there, it’s bought to used as a stop-over for random guests. The toilet paper was something out of a prison lol. Single-ply cheap toilet paper. Also there’s no onsite parking, so literally had to pay for 2 overnight parks up the road at a parking station. It’s also smaller than the pics show but not by much. All in all I feel as though the price simply was for the location. The place is tight, uncomfortable and overpriced in my experience. But its a personal thing. It’s not the end of the world
