The self-contained apartment features:

- 1 laundry with washing machine and dryer
- A centralized air conditioning system with cooling and heating functions.
- A building's Guest WIFI is free to all customers.
Free parking is available in the building's basement, on a first-come-first-served basis. It means there is no located parking space for any reservation. But the customer can use available space.
During peak season, you may be relocated to another apartment of similar quality, and we will inform you of any changes.
Extra Folding Bed available - we can provide a folding bed to a reservation. Please check the picture of the bed and its size. For the extra folding bed, we will charge $50 AUD per night complete with bedding and a bath towel. The extra folding bed must be booked for your entire stay if you need it. (For example, you cannot book the folding bed for 2 nights of your 3 nights' booking.)

Had an amazing stay! The hotel was in the perfect location at Surfers Paradise with absolutely stunning views from the room – waking up to the ocean every morning was incredible. The place was clean, comfortable, and everything I needed was right there. Staff were friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend staying here if you want great views and a relaxing getaway.

Clean. Good lighting. Great location. Great views from the balcony. Complete kitchen supplies. Lots of parking. When collecting the key, it was a little hard to find parking in Surfers Paradise CBD, but it’s doable.
