This one-bedroom apartment is located on level 12 and can host a maximum of 3 guests
The self-contained apartment features:
- 1 bedroom with a queen bed.
- 1 living room with TV, sofa, and dining area
- 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower
- 1 full-size kitchen
- 1 balcony
- 1 laundry with washing machine and dryer
- A centralized air conditioning system with cooling and heating functions.
- A building's Guest WIFI is free to all customers.
Free parking is available in the building's basement, on a first-come-first-served basis. It means there is no located parking space for any reservation. But the customer can use available space.
During peak season, you may be relocated to another apartment of similar quality, and we will inform you of any changes.
Extra Folding Bed available - we can provide a folding bed to a reservation. Please check the picture of the bed and its size. For the extra folding bed, we will charge $50 AUD per night complete with bedding and a bath towel. The extra folding bed must be booked for your entire stay if you need it. (For example, you cannot book the folding bed for 2 nights of your 3 nights' booking.)

• Starred hotel linens and toiletries; (*Due to safety and environmental issue, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3-day usage. Please bring your own toiletries if you plan to stay longer. **)

The check-in (key pick-up) location is at a different site, approximately 600 meters away from your booked apartment.

The messager built into the Airbnb system is a very powerful communication tool.
We use it as our main communication method with every guest.
If you need urgent service or facing an emergency, we also provide phone service as necessary.
Really enjoyed my stay here. A few things I wish had been different, but overall a great stay. The good: -The place is a beautiful as the photos. Amazing view, lots of natural light. Spacious. -Fantastic location. -Emma always responds quickly. The not so good: -Wifi was bad (so bad, the smart tv is useless. You can't even log into Netflix) -The smoke alarm kept going off, sometimes in the middle of the night. After a few days, we concluded that the best solution was for me to unplug it. Not ideal -Listing shows a coffee maker. There's no such thing. There's a kettle, with which you could make instant coffee. Not the same thing. I had to step out to buy coffee every morning. -The microwave kept turning on on its own, and you can't turn it off. Sometimes in the middle of the night. It once started smelling like it was burning (not great with the smoke detector unplugged!) -Listing says shower gel, and they provide a small bottle. Expect to run out in a couple of days

If you guys are ever planning on coming to surfers paradise I highly recommend book this place! This place had such a beautiful view and was close to everything. Sea world was only 10 minutes away and movie world was 20 minutes away. It was extremely close to the heart of surfers paradise. Thank you so much Emma and Roger for the beautiful stay. Definitely would be booking again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was very clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the view was absolutely stunning. The location was also a huge plus - close to everything we needed, so getting around was easy and convenient. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience smooth from check-in to check-out. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
