- A Tennis Court (reservation with the building management)
All of them are on ground floor
Please abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using the facilities in public areas. We cannot always guarantee access to the facilities due to occasional repair, maintenance, or any other issues conducted by the Body Corporate.
The messager built into the Airbnb system is a very powerful communication tool.
We use it as our main communication method with every guest.
If you need urgent service or facing an emergency, we also provide phone service as necessary.
Gorgeous beachfront property with a dream-like view! Waking up to the pristine ocean right outside was truly surreal. The apartment is beautifully located in the heart of Surfers Paradise 🏄🏻♀️, making everything - cafes, shops, restaurants, and local attractions - easily accessible by foot. It’s the perfect mix of peaceful retreat and adventurous getaway. Emma and Roger were wonderful hosts - super helpful and responsive throughout our stay, always just a message away when we needed anything. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, though we did notice a bit of sand in a few corners despite the cleaning. One minor inconvenience was having to collect the keys from a location about 10 minutes away; having them at the apartment would’ve been more convenient. All in all, a fantastic stay - we’d love to return! 🌸

It was a great little place! My wife and I enjoyed our stay there. Very comfortable but I think the bathroom could use a little renovation as it’s a bit old.
Great base for a busy week doing Surfers Paradise things. Had everything we needed and good communication from the host.
Overall the stay was great just a problem with the key lock box not opening and ants in the apartment.

Special mention to our host Emma, who was incredibly warm and attentive, ensuring our stay was seamless from start to finish. Their thoughtful touches and excellent communication made us feel truly at home. If you're looking for a perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and an unbeatable location, this is the place to be. The apartment was just as described, with beautiful views and centrally located. The kids loved being across the road from the beach and also made use of the beautiful pool area. We enjoyed our short visit and would love to come back for a longer stay in future.
The apartment is in a great location, and the interior is clean and tidy. The balcony offers a nice view of the ocean, which was a highlight of our stay. However, the key pick-up and drop-off location is not in the same building as the apartment, making the check-in process less convenient. Additionally, there were occasional issues with hot water during showers, and neither of the two bedrooms had air conditioning. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay.
