Bedroom Configuration
Bedroom: Features 1 Queen Bed.
Extra Bed: A double-size pull-out sofa bed is available in the living room for extra guests. To request this bed, please ensure your reservation is made for 3 or 4 guests. Use of the sofa bed incurs an additional cost for bedding and must be booked for the entire stay.

Living & Dining
Open-Plan Living: An integrated space featuring a sofa (sofa bed), dining table, and a TV.
Private Balcony: Accessible from the living area with outdoor furniture and a spectacular ocean view.

Bathroom & Laundry
Bathroom: 1 bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and toilet.

Building Access & Parking
Access: The building is equipped with lift access.
Parking: Free basement parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no allocated spaces; parking cannot be reserved and is not guaranteed, especially during peak season.

Important Information
Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection is located opposite the building itself, only a 2-minute walk away, and operates 24 hours.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Construction Notice: There is ongoing construction across the street which is nearing completion. Some intermittent noise may occur. We recommend keeping doors and windows closed to help minimise disturbance.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

The superior facilities in the building offer a perfect retreat after a long day exploring local areas. You will have full access to all the facilities including:

- BBQ facilities(Roof top, 27th Floor and Ground Floor)
- Outdoor Swimming Pool, Spa, and Sauna room(Ground Floor)
- Fully equipped fitness center and Function Room(27th Floor)
- Rooftop Terrace(Roof Top)

Please abide by the Body Corporate by-laws while using the facilities in public areas. We cannot always guarantee access to the facilities due to occasional repair, maintenance or any other issues conducted by the Body Corporate.

Great location, nice and quiet but an easy short walk to the centre of Surfers. amazing views from the room and the rooftop terrace. So good to have free parking available! Heaps of amenities in the room (washer, dryer, dishwasher, iron, shampoo & conditioner etc.) Plenty of space. Comfy big bed. Clean bathroom. Great detailed instructions for checking etc. Only good things to say - thank you!

Beautiful, beautiful views from the apartment! We were fortunate to witness fireworks just from the balcony as we were checked in on new year’s eve. We didn’t have any issue with the parking even though it was previously said that there was no guarantee as it is first come, first served basis. Got a little unlucky as the spa was not working on our last day, would have been a perfect way to end our Gold Coast Holiday. On the downside, the bed was uncomfortable for us as the midpart of the joint single beds was almost sunken and uneven. Overall, a great stay still! Would recommend!
