2. Find the lockbox on the wall
3. Use the pin code to open the lockbox

Before 10am
Please check out before 10am. Please put the keys back in the lockbox.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could empty the rubbish bin, put the used dishes in the sink before you go.
House Rules
- Strictly no smoking inside the house – any evidence of smoking inside the house will result in a $200 fine.
- Please keep close eyes on your kids while being in the courtyard
- Please place rubbish in bins.
- Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $100. Please close and lock the house door when checking out.
- If any damages or breakages happen please report to our customer service in a reasonably timely manner.

How to get close contact with farm animals
Horse paddock and
goats pen/paddock are restricted areas to the farmhouse guests. No entry to these areas are permitted without prior authorisation.
If you or your kids want to get close contact with the goats or horses, you are welcome to make an appointment with us before entry. We can accompany you and provide animal food for you to interact with animals.
Please be advised that there will also be farm maintenance people who will visit the paddocks on a daily basis to feed the animals and perform other farm maintenance work. They will keep out of your way and there should be minimal impact to you as guests. Please don’t be surprised if you see them entering via the main gate.

Please dispose of rubbish to the rubbish bins located aside the house
