-Noise decibel monitors are installed on each floor (no audio recording).
-The house is equipped with a central air conditioning system, but not all rooms have individual air conditioning units

Access is available to al areas except the garage, storage room and the main laundry located at the bottom level. These spaces are locked up. There is a second fully fitted out laundry for guests to use within the bathroom on the bottom level.
Beautiful house, stunning view!
We really enjoyed our stay. The property was lovely and the view was absolutely incredible, definitely one of the highlights of the stay. There were, however, a few basic items missing that we would normally expect to find in an Airbnb, including body wash, cooking oil, salt, coffee, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, and even bandages in the first aid kit. The dishwasher also didn’t seem to work very well and some of the dishes were still not properly cleaned after a cycle. As there was no dishwashing liquid available either, we unfortunately had to leave some dishes unwashed. Overall, it was a very nice place and we enjoyed our stay, but providing these basic essentials and checking the dishwasher would make the experience much better for future guests.

This is such a beautiful place, and I’d love to come back again
The house was absolutely gorgeous, with breathtaking views and plenty of space for a large group. The spacious balcony was perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery. With three levels and ample bedrooms, everyone had plenty of room. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and would happily stay here again.
The home was stunning and the view was magnificent- sunrise, sunset, moon rise and rainbows- truly stunning panoramic window from the house and decks. There was enough space for the children to enjoy an indoor stay and all the adults were able to relax. The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed. Thank you- we would come here again!
We really enjoyed our stay at Emma and Roger’s place! The house was exactly as described, exceptionally clean, and in a fantastic location. Communication was clear and prompt from start to finish. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting the area.

Incredible house, incredible views and really amazing hosts. Everything from the initial communication to the actual stay itself was a breeze and really enjoyable for all. The hosts were extremely accomodating. Couldn’t recommend this any higher.

Emma and Roger’s home was absolutely incredible! From the minute I walked in, my friends and I were blown away by the house! The views, the kitchen, the outdoor space and the incredibly comfy beds just made it the most insane place to spend the weekend! I would highly recommend for a large gathering, the house is fully equipped with everything! It was outstanding!!
