This single-level, four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests. With just one small step at the entrance, it offers easy access and a practical layout, making it an ideal stay in Burwood for families or groups.
The home features:
- Three bedrooms with queen beds, and one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed
- A spacious living room with a sofa, smart TV, and dining area
- One full bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub
- One additional bathroom with a walk-in shower
- A full-sized kitchen
- Gas BBQ grill.
- A separate half bathroom and a dedicated laundry with a washing machine and dryer
- Centralised air conditioning ensures comfort throughout all rooms.
Please note that a garage is not available. However, the driveway can accommodate up to two cars, and ample free street parking is available nearby.
The house is comfortably set up for 8 guests. If a 9th guest joins your stay, an additional fee of 50 AUD per night will be applied. Please plan accordingly to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for everyone.
One portable cots are available for our little guests. They come with a soft base but no extra mattress, and linens or bedding are not provided.
The following we provide may interest you:
• Starred hotel linens and toiletries; (*Due to safety and environmental issues, toiletries are provided in a small pack for about 3-day usage. Please bring your own toiletries if you plan to stay longer. **)
• Instant coffee and tea bags;
* A small cot is available for young guests. Please note that linen and bedding for the cot are not provided, so guests are kindly asked to bring their own.
Feel free to enjoy the BBQ! Just a quick reminder to give it a good clean afterwards. If it’s left too messy, we may need to charge a $150 cleaning fee—thanks heaps for keeping things tidy!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! It was a perfect location for us to get in and out of Burwood and into Sydney as well as further suburbs. The house is spacious for a large family to stay in. We enjoyed having access to a clean and large kitchen to make some small meals before going out to explore. The parking was convenient, too. Our biggest complaint is that the listing did not provide clear guidance on where the 2nd full bathroom is located… it is attached to the detached garage. There was also no warning that the bathroom was only accessible via the backyard through the house’s half bathroom. One other piece of advice for future guests staying in the winter: the house didn’t have heat and the floor is tile (and cold), so make sure to pack slippers or socks!

We were hosted by Emma and Roger on this occasion and it was so easy to navigate. They were very responsive and followed up. Great place to stay if you have kids. Definitely beats staying inside just 4 walls of a hotel. Enjoyed being able to have all 3 children in one room without them being on top of one another. The extra toilet was a bonus. We were able to park 2 large cars in the driveway. Not far from public transportation and the places we needed to go, if you want to park and forget. The yard was handy to have the kids but off some energy with a soccer ball in a secure yard. Even though the property is a corner block to a main road, the road noise was not an issue from inside the house. It was pretty much non-existent. Would happily be hosted again. Thanks again guys ☺️

Great location and cool house. Modern tv and open kitchen and dining. Courtyard great too. We did one night around China town and Westfield then the other night in the city - great location for both. Highly recommend.
