Before you leave, please help us keep things tidy by sorting your waste into the correct color-coded bins:

🚮 Bin Location:
Bins are located inside the side gate on the right side of the house.

🕕 Before Collection:
Please put the bins out on the street the night before Tuesday morning.

🙏 Upon Arrival:
If the empty bins are already on the street, kindly bring them back in.

House Rules

• We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay.
• All windows are to be locked at all times for security reasons.
• Windows in the bathroom, Toilet, and Laundry room, can be opened if required.
• Please ensure that all windows are closed when you leave the house.
• Leave the sensor light switches for the veranda and backyard ON.
• Do not remove plastic covers from the remote controls.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.
• We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests.
• Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $500 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
• If the outdoor BBQ is used and left uncleaned, an extra $50 cleaning fee will be applied.
• No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
• We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors.
• If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $100 fee will be applicable before 10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day.
• In case of a lost key, a $200 fee will be incurred for key replacement.
• The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees.
• Please be aware that access to the facilities in the building cannot be guaranteed, as maintenance will be conducted occasionally. We kindly ask that you adhere to the rules and available times posted on-site. Thank you for your cooperation.

🧰 The First-Aid Kit is located above the fire extinguisher, on the wall opposite the fridge in the kitchen.

Please feel free to use it in case of any minor injuries. Safety first! ❤️‍🩹

❄️🔥 Heating / Cooling

The reverse-cycle air conditioner / heater is located in the Living Room, providing both cooling and heating options to keep you comfortable throughout your stay.

Adjust as needed for your perfect temperature! 🌡️😊

❗ Important Note for AC Operation

Make sure the button inside the red circle is turned ON for the air conditioner to work properly. 🔴➡️🔛

Once it’s switched on, enjoy a comfortable temperature in the living room! 🌬️😊

🌟 How to Operate the AC

Once the button is ON (in the red circle), you can control the temperature using either:

1️⃣ The AC unit itself
2️⃣ The remote control

🍳 Cooktop Operation

To use the gas cooktop, please follow these steps:

1️⃣ Light the cooktop with the gas lighter located near the cooktop. 🔥
2️⃣ Push the top slider forward and press the button simultaneously to ignite the gas. 🔲🔛

🍽️ Oven Operation

The in-built gas oven is lit by pressing the button on the front panel. 🔥

After each use, please make sure to clean the oven to avoid any extra cleaning fees. 🧽🚫💰

📺 TV Operation

The TV is located in the Living Room. To turn it on:

1️⃣ Use the remote control located in the top drawer of the small black table next to the fireplace. 🔑📺

It is at the back of the entrance door.

🛏️ Bedrooms

1️⃣ All bedrooms are equipped with a power board that has USB charging ports. Both table lamps can be switched on from a single switch. 💡🔌
Note: The door between Bedroom 3 and the Living Room is locked for your privacy. 🚪🔒

2️⃣ An extra blanket is available in the room’s cabinet for your comfort. 🛏️❄️

🚿 Bathrooms

• When using the shower, please open the window to prevent moisture build-up. 🌬️🚿
• Wipe off any water spillage on the bathroom vanity top after use. 🧽💧

🌞 Outdoor Furniture

• The glass top of the table should not be moved or shifted. Please avoid placing heavy objects on the tabletop. ⚠️💡
• To use the furniture, remove the covers and place them in the individual bags. 🪑🧳
• After use, please put the bags back in the designated place on the walls near the furniture. 🏡

They are permanently closed and are only for decoration now. 🏠❌

Please do not use any of the 3 fireplaces in the house.

For your safety and security, there are cameras installed in common areas around the property.
