🔐 The code to open the lockbox is in the check-in message we sent to you.
🔑 Key Information
- One set of keys will be prepared for each guest.
- 🟢 The green fob from Keynest is for security tracking only — please do not use it to access your room or the building.
🔐 Your key set includes:
1️⃣ A remote for car park access and the building
2️⃣ A Hard key for room access
Check-out
🕙 Check-out Time: Before 10:00 AM
🔐 Please lock the door and return all room keys, fobs, and remotes to the KeyNest point where you collected them at check-in.
👤 Find a store staff member and ask them to scan the green fob on your key to complete the key return process. Thank you! 😊
🧹 Before you leave:
- 🗑️ Dispose of any rubbish
- 🧳 Take all your belongings
- 🍽️ Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle
🚗 Important: Please drive your car out of the garage first before returning the key.

🚗 Parking Information:
Please park your car in the garage.
When you drive into the garage, park your vehicle in car space #7 on your left-hand side, close to the garage entry.
Use the garage remote control to open the garage.
🚶♂️ Accessing the Building:
Use your room key to open the apartment door.
After parking your car in car space #7, exit the garage through the door behind your parking space.
Take the stairs to Level 1.
House Rules
- We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay.
- Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.
- We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests.
- Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
- No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
- We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors.
- If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $100 fee will be applicable between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. Please be aware that we cannot assist with key-related issues after 10 p.m. each day.
- In case of a lost key, a $300 fee will be incurred for key replacement.
- The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees.
- Please be aware that access to the facilities in the building cannot be guaranteed, as maintenance will be conducted occasionally. We kindly ask that you adhere to the rules and available times posted on-site. Thank you for your cooperation.

We provide free WiFi for all guests in the room 🙌.
📩 The WiFi details will be sent to you in your check-in message via email, Airbnb message, or SMS.
❗ Important:
Please DO NOT reset the router if you lose internet connection 🚫🔁.
🔌 Simply turn it off and on — this will solve 99% of WiFi issues ✅📡.

The rubbish bin area is outside the building lobby. Please follow the Arrow directions on the following picture and instruction video.
