The superior facilities in the building provide the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the local area. Guests have full access to all amenities, including the heated indoor swimming pool and gym, which can be accessed from the main building near the mailboxes (swipe card required).
Please respect the Body Corporate by-laws when using these shared facilities. Kindly note that access cannot always be guaranteed, as the Body Corporate may occasionally close them for repairs, maintenance, or other reasons beyond our control.
The messager built into the Airbnb system is a very powerful communication tool.
We use it as our main communication method with every guest.
If you need urgent service or facing an emergency, we also provide phone service as necessary.

Great place
Emma and Roger are wonderful hosts that gave clear instructions for check in and check out. The property is in a wonderful location being so close to shops and restaurants (everything is literally a 10min drive, max). The only things they may consider is doing some basic maintenance (stained carpet could use a steam clean, toilet roll holders were broken/falling off the wall, freshen up the paint). Other than that, it’s a lovely place to stay in Canberra.
We had a wonderful stay at Emma and Roger's place. The apartment was very clean and it had everything we needed. The location is excellent! Thank you very much, we will definitely stay again.
Our family of 6 had a great stay at Emma and Roger's place! It was clean, warm and spacious. We loved the heated pool and other amenities. Some doors and windows could do with a little maintenance, otherwise it was fantastic.

Thanks for the stay! Hosts were responsive and accommodating. Apartment needs a little TLC as a few doors were either broken or hard to open, and it would likely get quite hot in summer due to the cooling limited to two small rooms, but otherwise it was everything we needed.

If your trip is about sightseeing and doing stuff with your partner or the family, then this place has everything you need, and the location is great. Close to shops and public transport. As soon as you can get your head around the layout of Canberra, you will be fine. The only thing I would say is that it could do with someone going through and professionally cleaning the carpets. Kitchen, shower, Laundry and rooms were perfect for us. The 24/7 access to the indoor heated pool was a win for the kids, with the gym access being exactly what mum and dad needed. Absolutely amazing for the price and the instructions and communications with the hosts were A+++. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to other couples and families, as you cant go wrong with the price and location. Thank you so much for allowing us to utilise your property for our vacation. Lifelong memories were definitely created on this trip.
