Check-in & Key Collection: Key collection details will be provided prior to arrival. The key collection location is 500 meters from the building.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature & Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

Such a spacious apartment with the most amazing ocean views! We absolutely loved the location. Very clean apartment and super responsive hosts! Definitely will stay again when we are back on the Gold Coast.

Great location, fantastic views, and the building ammenities are nice, but the unit was a little unclean and the kitchenware was sparse and didn't really accommodate for cooking meals. Lots of rushing wind noise from the living area window and main door as well. The off site key pick up and drop off was a nuisance due to parking and access. Overall a nice stay, but for the price we expect a little more

You're up on the 61st floor. It's so high that you feel like you're on the water. The place was clean. Perfect for our family of 4.
Could have had more towels as one towel for seven nights was definitely not enough. More blankets would have been good as we had a few cold nights. Aircon could have been a lot warmer. Other than that our stay was very pleasant.
